Orders:
Your order will be sent within five to seven business days from the date of processing. Please note, we do not process orders on the weekends. We will contact you will the shipping date for all custom orders.
All orders of 10 or more for any single item need to be processed by us directly, this way we can make sure we can discuss details prior to check-out. Please call or email us and we will be happy to process the order for you.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless it is due to a gross misrepresentation on our part.

We appreciate your business and your happiness and safety is a major concern for us. We would like to remind our customers that our items are handmade, and even though we pay close attention to detail, we can not guarantee that over time or with mistreatment resin will not come off. We do not recommend resin for children under the age of 3 and suggest adult supervision.
